Recurring free classes and group meetings

Wednesday 6-7 PM: Dance with Esmilda — A gathering for improving your footwork and feeling good while learning simple moves to pan-genre Latin American and Caribbean music. 

Thursday 6-8 PM: A Public Living Room, and Acro Yoga with Xander Sun (Acro goes to the park during nice weather)

Saturday 11a-12p: Yoga With Friends

Saturday 1-3 PM: Mourning Choir with Valerie (Alternates weekly with Isaac Fosl Van Wyk’s Mountain Polyphonic Choir)  — The idea for this choir came from feeling disconnected from traditional grieving practices, and the need to revive suppressed traditions which may allow for a fuller expression of grief. All skill levels and ages welcome.
